Returns

Return instructions:

Contact customer service by email.asiakaspalvelu@thriftd.fior using contact sheet .

Please include your order number and account number in the message.

We will reply to your message with an activation code for the refund.

Package the return, write the activation code on the package and deliver it to a Matkahuolto pickup point.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the money to the account number provided in accordance with our refund terms.

Refund terms:

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the ordered products. The clothes to be returned or exchanged must be in the same condition as when received.

We will charge a postage fee of €7 for the return, based on the costs incurred by us. We will deduct the postage fee from the total amount to be refunded.

After receiving the return, we will process the return. We will transfer your money back to the account number you provided within 3 business days of receiving the return.

Failure to pick up an order without contacting us does not constitute a refund under the terms and conditions. For orders not picked up for which cancellation has not been notified in advance by email, we will charge a processing fee of €10, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
