It all starts with finding quality clothing for Thrift. We personally select each garment for our online store. We select high-quality & durable clothing for our selections. This is where the first condition check and authentication of the garment takes place.
We wash all our clothes & accessories with high quality and comprehensive care. We use proven consumer detergents in the washing process.
We first pre-wash each of our garments by hand, after which we finish the washing result by machine. We wash delicate materials by hand. Caps are shaped during washing.
After the washing process, each product is always clean!
After washing, we perform a condition check. We examine the garment and determine the necessary measures for the garment on a case-by-case basis.
We always indicate any possible errors in the garment and the corrective measures taken in the product listings. You can also find the location of the possible error in the product images using the red arrows.
After the quality inspection, the garment is sent for maintenance. During maintenance, we specifically perform the necessary measures identified during the condition inspection. The most typical measures include, for example, lint removal or sewing.
Before the garment ends up in its new home, it is photographed in high-quality studio conditions at our premises.
You will find several images of the garment in the product announcement. In addition, all of our tops feature the garment photographed on the model.
Finally, the garment is packaged & delivered to you after your order. The garment is always ready to wear right out of our package. It has been washed, checked for condition & maintained. We hope the garment will continue its story in its new home for as long as possible.
