Orders are shipped on weekdays via Matkahuolto. The shipping time is typically the next working day, but your package will be shipped within 3 working days at the latest! It typically takes 3-5 working days for the package to arrive for collection.

We deliver mail-orders via Matkahuolto. For pickup orders in Pori, we use the Lehtipiste parcel machine in Kauppakeskus IsoKarhu.
You can choose a pickup point of your choice in Matkahuolto's parcel network or pick up in Pori. You can select your desired pickup point in the checkout view before paying for your order.
We will package & ship your order within 1-2 business days. After this, delivery to the pickup point typically takes 1-3 business days. You will receive a pickup code via text message when your order is ready for pickup.
Your order can be picked up at the selected pickup point for 7 days.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the package.
The delivery price for a small order is €4.95 (for example, a T-shirt).
We deliver larger orders with Matkahuolto's Lähellä package, which costs €6.95.
Pickup orders from Pori are free of charge.
You can pick up your order free of charge from the parcel machine at Kauppakeskus IsoKarhu. You will receive a pickup code via text message when your order is available for pickup.
Our online store uses the secure VismaPay payment processing service.
You can find all the most common payment methods in the checkout view. We do not use Klarna as a payment method.
Before paying for your order, we recommend that you take measurements from a garment that fits you well according to our instructions. You can then compare the measurements of your own garment to the garment in our online store. This will give you an idea of how the garment will fit you

We wash all our clothes by hand first, then machine wash them.
After washing, we perform the necessary maintenance on the garment, such as lint removal or sewing.
In the past, clothes were made with much higher quality and durability. Most of our clothes have lasted over 20 years. Even in this case, there is still a lot of life left.
Each of our garments has been condition checked, serviced and washed. We quality check our garments at many different stages before they reach our online store.
If repairs have been made to the garment in our service, we will inform you of this in our product descriptions.
Our product descriptions always give you a clear picture of the quality and condition of the garment. If there are obvious signs of wear on the garment, these are described and clearly highlighted using red arrows. The red arrows in the pictures show where the reported defect is located on the garment.
We authenticate all of our branded clothing, so you can be confident that you will always receive authentic clothing.
We collect clothing suitable for our operations from various sources on the market. We prefer domestic sources, but sometimes, when domestic supply is limited, we cooperate with foreign operators.
Sizes vary from era to era and from manufacturer to manufacturer.
Sometimes, wear and tear has made the size information illegible. In this case, we have estimated the size of the product to the best of our ability. The estimated size is based on measurements taken from the product, which we compare to the measurements of the clothes in our inventory.
